Bathroom Renovations:

Accessible bathrooms are the most requested home remodeling project for our clients. Accessible design is a critical part of a bahroom remodel for someone who uses a wheelchair (or other mobility device), as well as older adults. Bathrooms designed for accessibility are easy-to-use for everyone! Fore more information on accessible bathrooms click here!

Accessible Kitchens:

One of the most important room of your home is the kitchen. There, we feed our families and socialize with friends and family. As such, having a kitchen that is easy to use is pretty important; especially for folks who have specific physical needs.

Home Additions:

Many times, adding rooms to an existing home makes more sense than moving. This can be even more practical in a caregiving situation, when you are moving an aging parent into your home or you need more room in your existing home for specific reasons.

Here are a few of the accessible features or products available in fully accessible bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchens:

  • More open space, larger rooms

  • Barrier-free entrances and transitions

  • Wider hallways and doors

  • Sit-down counters, appliances and vanities

  • Barrier-free showers

  • Balance bars (grab bars)

  • Hand-held shower controls

  • Slip-resistant flooring

Exterior Remodeling

As part of our home remodeling services, we also offer home improvements for the exterior of your home. When it comes to the outside of your house, there are several key areas you should focus on.

The primary is safety. Generally, this is in the form of providing a safe transition from your driveway, sidewalk or carport into your home. Often times this will include access for wheelchairs or other mobility devices. This entails improvements, such as:

  • Safe walkways

  • Proper lighting

  • Handrails

  • Ramps or other barrier-free walkways

  • Vertical platform lifts
